This wooden Dice Tray is a handcrafted original.
Using pegs and interlocking blocks, you get an especially well-rounded circumference. With a 6 Inch diameter, it has decent room for tossing dice or, when all is said and done, game piece storage space. The tray is 1.5 Inches tall, and includes an acrylic “lid” which snugs down into the top layer (a little difficult to remove at first, but very secure). This also allows the dice tray to become a small display case. The underside is coated with cork, to preserve the resting surface (tables, etc) and protect the Dice Tray.
There are two variations of pegs to choose for the walls. Short, or Long. Shorter pegs have a tighter knit, and takes twice as long for me to assemble, so that variation is charged full price. Long pegs take less time to cut and are easier to assemble, and reduce the weight, in addition to forming a more spaced out weave.
